Really funny story! I had to share this guys…I ran into a couple looking to buy their first house in line at the store. I overheard them talking about it behind me in line, and they were a bit overwhelmed and confused. Me being the personable gal that I am turned to introduce myself, and offered some friendly advice to guide them in the right direction. We had a pleasant 5 minute conversation, and went about our days. I left them with my business card, and as an offhanded joke, told them they could find me on Google if they searched for my phrase that I am running with you guys. (I was proud of my Google placement, and was taking every advantage to show it off!)

Long story short, the girl lost the business card, but I apparently made such a good impression on them that they were intent on using me so she tired to find me online. Having no success with searching local office directories (I have my own website), she recalled me mentioning my Google placement, ended up finding it, and calling me. We reconnected, and I was able to find a really good starter home for them! They were the sweetest young couple, and although it’s not my first ‘first time home buyer’ transaction, this one stands out to me as my favorite! Just thought I’d share that with you.
